Studying Chinese sure makes you hungry! What better way to take a break from learning Chinese than than by visiting a new restaurant with people who know about different and exciting dishes?

Each month we are visiting different restaurants to give students an opportunity to try new foods. This time is Guangdong food, also known as Hong Kong food.

Guangdong food is what most people think of when they think of Chinese food, as many overseas Chinese come from the area. The food is typically not very spicy, and the dishes often use oyster sauce and sweet-and-sour sauce. There is also what is known as Dim Sum, which are small dishes of bite-sized foods that you can order in plates of 3 or 4.

Time: 6:30pm, Thursday November 25th
